It’s basically impossible to make time for yourself – but also 100% necessary for your sanity. Self-care comes in many different forms, like workouts, drinks with friends, pedicures, reading a book, yadda yadda. For me, I have a full-time job, a very busy toddler and a husband whose own job takes up a bit more time than I’d like (said every significant other ever). It’s my way of trying to control the inevitable aging process – retinol, vitamin c and hyaluronic acid are my current faves to combat my brown spots that popped up during pregnancy.
