Well, one couple took to social media to show their kids what life was like before they became parents. The hilarious result has already gone viral with millions of views and thousands of positive comments. Check out their viral video demonstrating life before kids below:
Family content creators TheGuillorys (parents @mahhhcazzz and @gratebrit) aren’t the first parents on social media to make their kids a “club” at home (TikTok user @nikadiwa‘s club for his daughters went viral earlier this year), but the details in The Guillorys’ video make it especially relatable. You notice something new each time you watch it and commenters are loving it.

Is There a Parenting Lesson Here?
I think so! There is so much parenting advice and content on the internet and social media. And a lot of it includes a negative spin, makes us question our parenting tactics, or tells us what we must buy or spend to give our kids a magical childhood.
The Guillory family’s video highlights the joy of parenting. Yes, parenting is hard, and our lives look different with kids—but not always different in a bad way. This family is clearly having so much fun and making memories together.

When I shared the Guillory family’s viral Reel with my husband (because, how could I not?), through the laughter, he also said, “That’s also like two hours of kids not in front of the TV.” So not only did the video showcase the fun side of parenting, but it also offered a free activity idea for other families—if you already have most of the “clubbing” supplies on hand.
Additionally, we don’t have to hide who we were before we became parents, we can show our kids a peek into our life before they were born. As dad @mahhhcazzz says in the caption, “In this family we answer questions with actual examples.”
