With motherhood comes lots of changes and, undeniably, changes to your body is at the top of that list. As a mom of two little ones, my body has gone through a lot over the past few years and like many other mothers, it has meant I need to reevaluate my closet and refresh some key items. With warm weather approaching, swimsuits has been at the top of my to-do list.
Iāll admit that swimsuit shopping isnāt my favorite activity. I had been putting it off, squeezing myself into suits that well, no longer suit me. Last summer, I begrudgingly put on my old suits and felt pretty blah during our family visits to the neighborhood pool. And honestly, thatās not at all how I want to feel when Iām out in the sun with my kids. I want to feel good, I want to be comfortable, and I want to exude confidence in the way that I look, because I know my kids will pick up on these things.
In preparation for beach visits and pool time, I recently forced myself to start the shopping process. After trying swimsuits in a variety of styles from a range of brands, I cracked the codeāAndie Swim.
Iām not exaggerating when I say that I felt amazing the moment I put on my Andie Swim suits. They are supportive without being constrictive. Immediately I had a major confidence boost and couldnāt wait to hit the beach. Quite the turnaround from how I felt in my suits last summer.

Sounds too good to be true? I didnāt believe it at first either, but once I put on my first Andie Swim suit I was a believer. And donāt just take it from me. Other Everymom team members placed their orders and also landed on the elusive perfect swimsuit for their body type and needs.
There was already a super-fan on our team, Ally Pagar-Wolf, who owns several Andie Swim suits said, āI get so many compliments from my husband and friends when I wear these suits and they have held up incredibly well to chasing kids around beaches, pools, paddle boarding, and even mommy-and-me indoor swim lessons. The various coverage options of the suits, flattering fit, and uber-comfortable fabrics made me an instant fan. Iāve found all of the styles I own to be true to size and very flattering for my smaller chest while helping me feel confident about areas of my body I still feel self-conscious about.ā

I just returned from a warm-weather vacation with my kids and the suits were truly amazing. I wore both The Amalfi and The Malibu. They were supportive, flattering, and made me feel better on the beach than I have in years. I was able to chase my kids around, jump in the waves, and even breastfed my baby while wearing The Malibu. I already sent out an alert text to my mom text chains telling them to buy these suits now. And now Iām here to share the details with you as well.
Andie Swim suits are designed to fit every preference and every body. No matter what stage of motherhood youāre in or what youāre looking for in a suit, thereās a fit for you. Here are our favorite suits based on style preferences and needs, all from Andie Swim.
Extra Support
It can be challenging to find a suit that is both supportive and flattering. These suits are just that, they have feminine details while still having full-coverage bottoms, some featuring adjustable straps, and a compressive lining. If youāre running after your kids at the beach or swimming some solo laps (the dream!), these suits are for you.
āAs a full-chested mama, I was immediately drawn to The Malibu style at Andie Swim because of the snap-up neckline. It gives me the support and coverage I need when chasing my kids around the beach or pool and crouching in the sand building sand castles. But I love having the option to adjust the neckline to a lower style for when Iām feeling like showing off a little more.ā -Alaina Kaczmarski, Founder & CEO
Cheekier Styles
If you prefer a suit that shows more skin, these suits are low cut and have cheeky bottom coverage, while magically still staying in place. For moms that love a plunge, these are the suits youāll want to add to cart.
āThis year I added The Sardinia in my favorite ribbed fabric (so flattering!) as a one piece I can wear with the kids but still feel just a little bit sexy.ā -Alexandra Pagar-Wolf, Chief of Sales and Marketing
Breastfeeding Accessibility
Itās not always easy to feed your baby beachside, but thanks to these suits from Andie Swim, thereās a seamless way to get it done. As someone who personally breastfed while wearing The Malibu, I can give these suits my seal of approval for breastfeeding moms. Bonus points for The Malibu because it also works well as a bodysuit paired with jean shorts or a skirt. A mom powerhouse suit, if you will.
āIāve tried breastfeeding in a few different suits and itās been a struggle. I was so impressed with The Malibu, not just because I could breastfeed in it (easily!), but also because itās flattering, comfortable, and even works as a body suit. Iām considering buying it in all the available colors.ā -Amanda Shapin Michelson, Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships
Two Pieces
For moms looking to rock a comfortable and flattering two-piece, there are a variety of styles and colors to choose from. Whether youāre looking for a bit more coverage or not, you can mix and match the tops and bottoms that work best for you.
āIāve heard rave reviews of Andie Swim from friends and coworkers over the years, but this was my first time trying out a suitāall I can say is Iām forever changed! As a Brazilian (my family moved here when I was 11), I take my swimwear very seriously, and live for a bikini, especially one with an impact. I couldnāt resist trying Andie Swimās The Maui top and high-waisted bikini bottom in cherry red for my recent family vacation in Miami. Like I said, I love a bikini, but now that Iām a mom, that bikini has to do double dutyāit has to be flattering, comfortable, and hold everything in while I chase after my son at the beach or pool. This set did all of that, complete with ā50s screen siren vibes courtesy of the high waistāvery welcome in the Miami hotel pool scene. Even my husband looked at me by the pool and said, āThatās a great bathing suitāānot something heās ever noticed before.ā -Roberta Correia, Editor-in-Chief
