Brooke Gaughan

Brooke’s expertise is rooted in experience-driven sales, shaped by a background in weddings, events, and hospitality, where guest experience and execution were paramount. She now applies that foundation across a range of event- and brand-focused sales initiatives, partnering with brands to create meaningful, high-impact experiential collaborations.

Graduating in 2020 with a degree in Tourism & Hospitality from Fort Hays State University, Brooke has built her career to date at the intersection of events and experience-driven sales. Her background began with immersing herself into the Charleston wedding industry, then overseeing property and event sales for a boutique hotel and venue in the Boylan Heights neighborhood of downtown Raleigh, and most recently moving to Waco, TX to join the opening team for Chip and Joanna Gaines’ hotel, Hotel 1928, where she oversaw all event and group sales alongside on-site brand and PR collaborations. Across each role, Brooke has combined hands-on event expertise with strategic sales, helping clients and partners bring meaningful experiences to life. Alongside her full-time work, she continues to stay creatively connected to the industry through wedding planning projects and her luxury photo booth business.

Mama to Olive and movie buff (no horror, thanks!) with her childhood sweetheart turned husband, Jake, she devours romance novels—bonus points for a small East Coast town, two totally opposite characters, set in an old boutique hotel with a story to tell. When she’s not reading or watching the latest release, she’s planning the next international adventure for her family or plotting a surprise for a loved one (yes, she’s one of those weirdos who loves surprises). She also cherishes the little luxuries along the way, from river walks to honey sopapilla ice cream, and a perfectly chilled peach margarita (or any peach drink, really).
