This month-long Mother’s Day social media sweepstakes will give back to moms in a big way with more than 100 winners chosen over the course of a month and a grand total of $14,000 in prizes.
What is the giveaway?
Starting on Monday, April 12 and running for four weeks through Saturday, May 8, the ‘For All the Moms’ giveaway will take place on Instagram and help highlight the wide spectrum of what it means to mother.
Between April 12 and May 8, you can post a photo of what motherhood means to you on Instagram with the hashtag #ForAllTheMomsSweepstakes and tag @Kohls and @TheEverymom. Make sure you’re following both @Kohls and @TheEverymom, too!
- Each week, 25 winners will receive a $100 Kohl’s gift card
- On Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 9, four grand prize winners will receive a $1,000 Kohl’s gift card
We want to celebrate the unfiltered mom moments as well as special motherhood memories women have shared with their children, their own moms, or mother figures in their lives. From childhood throwback photos of yourself and your mom or grandmother to selfies with your kids today—we want to see and celebrate it all.
What type of photo can I share?
We want to make this easy and truly honor motherhood, so share a photo of whatever motherhood means to you! You can enter by posting an in-feed Instagram photo or a snapshot via Instagram Stories.
We want to see the varied, real moments from motherhood and your childhood as you’ve seen and experienced it in your daily lives—from messy kitchens and playrooms to bedtime snuggles and everything in-between. From trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum to everyday life with kids, mom wins, and challenging moments. Or, have a favorite childhood photo and want to spotlight your mom or mother figure? Share that!

- Photos of mother figures: grandmothers, neighbors, aunts, friends
- Messy kitchens, messy playrooms
- Postpartum pics

- Photos with family and friends—anything that celebrates motherhood in its many iterations is what we’re seeking to showcase and celebrate this Mother’s Day

We recognize that not all moms look the same. We see biological moms, foster parents, and adoptive mothers, grandparents and godparents, family friends, and peers who have offered that special sense of safety when we need it most. We see those who have lost their moms, have a difficult relationship with their mother, and women who are struggling to become moms themselves. This social media giveaway will begin on Monday, April 12 and run for one month (four weeks) through Saturday, May 8 (giveaway will close at 9 a.m. CST on 5/8/21).
