It’s hard to believe that summer is nearly halfway over—but I prefer to think about all of the summer days we still have left. There’s plenty of time for more beach and pool days, and we should make the most of it while we can. I’m continuously browsing the swim sections of Target, Old Navy, and more of my favorite sites because everything is just too cute to ignore (plus, a lot of swimwear is starting to go on sale!).
When I get dressed to spend the day by the water, I often struggle with what to wear over my swimsuit. It can be hard to find something that’s easy to take on and off, and sometimes you need more than just a swim cover-up. That’s why we’ve put together looks that go with any kind of swimsuit you might be wearing, from a classic black bikini to a one-shoulder one piece (and we’re showing you how to style a maternity suit as well!).
Check out these six ways to style a swimsuit, no matter what your style is:
bikini top | bikini bottoms | linen pants | straw tote | sandals
scalloped one piece | cover-up | straw hat | sandals | sunnies
bikini top | bikini bottoms | shorts |
waterproof sandals | cat-eye sunnies
maternity one piece | sarong | slides | straw tote | cat-eye sunnies
bikini top | bikini bottoms | shirt dress | straw tote | sandals
