We know this year’s Easter morning might look a lot different than memories of years past. Neighborhood egg hunts will be confined to our own backyards, annual cute (or creepy) pictures of our kids with the Easter bunny won’t be happening, and the contents of their Easter baskets might be a little more sparse with Amazon focused on shipping essentials and our focus on other priorities during trips to the grocery store. But it certainly will still be memorable.
For me, a few byproducts of staying home all day, every day has been to meal plan better, cook from scratch more, get creative with recipe substitutions, and waste much less. As Easter approaches, we wanted to round up some easy, kid-friendly recipes for Easter morning, whether you want to involve your kids in the prep or want to enjoy some solitude in the kitchen.
